- BIPARTISAN BILLS HELPING IOWANS: Congressman Young highlighted multiple bipartisan bills which were either passed by the House or signed into law recently and how they will help Iowans. Read more HERE.
- FALL 2018 INTERN APPLICATIONS OPEN: The office of Congressman Young's Des Moines and Washington, D.C. are now accepting applications for 2018 fall interns. Applications are due June 24. Learn more HERE.
- FY19 APPROPRIATIONS: The House Appropriations Committee, which decides how the federal government spends money, is continuing the FY19 appropriations process this week. As Iowa's only member on the Appropriations Committee, Congressman Young is scheduled to participate in the full committee markup of the FY19 Interior and Environment Appropriations Bill.
- PRESS THIS WEEK: On Wednesday, Congressman Young is scheduled to join KCSI live at 7:18 a.m., and KMA live at 7:35 a.m. Additional outlets may be added.

On Monday, no votes are expected in the House.
TUESDAY, JUNE 5TH
On Tuesday, the House will meet at 11:00 a.m. for morning hour and 1:00 p.m. for legislative business. Votes will be postponed until 5:30 p.m.
